The mating season is over, and my baby C’est Moi is back to his human best friend and Mommy He was waiting for me being on-line in this picture and as always, I take him sleeping on my bed with me. At 07:30, he always touches my face to wake me up. Hehe. I told ya he’s the cutest C’est Moi in my world!

Few years ago, a tarot reader advised me to put a Mandarin Duck in my bedroom if I wanted to have a good love life. I forgot about his advice until I went to Bali in September last year. I didn’t really look for it. The plane from Denpasar to Jakarta was delayed for hours and it was already very late at night. I was so bored, and I looked around the shops in the waiting room. There’s where I found this wooden Mandarin Duck. Only left one, so the shop guy gave me a special price as usually people don’t buy just one, but a couple of the ducks. So I thought this duck must be made for me somehow…

I guess my love life has improved a lot more since it became the resident of my room. I met more people, had relationships with them. Even though none of them worked out, but still it’s better than having no relationship at all for years. It was before I got the duck. But still I’m hoping that I finally will be happily in love someday. I’m tired of having meaningless relationships.

So how’s C’est Moi related to the duck?

I once read on-line that having a Chihuahua will improve one’s love life quality, too. “Chi” literally means “love”. But that’s not the reason why I have 2 Chihuahuas at home. I love their size and their personality. It’s not because I am a Paris-Hilton-wannabe. She’s one of the celebrities I dislike the most. But I admire her taste in dogs, though.

So in conclusion, I have two love charms in my life. Or, maybe three. The Mandarin Duck, C’est Moi, and Chantique. I have friends that love me, friends that anyone would die for to have, and I have strong faith that soon, my unhappiness will get ended…
